Overview
Secure Support Messages For WHMCS enables clients and support staff to exchange passwords, access credentials, API keys, and other sensitive information through WHMCS support tickets. Confidential content is encrypted and stored separately, preventing it from appearing directly in ticket conversations.
Clients can submit secure messages through a separate panel or fields integrated into ticket submission and reply forms. Authorized administrators can reveal content directly from the related ticket, view and manage all stored entries in one place, and delete individual messages or all secure data attached to a ticket. The module also lets you control its availability, define client permissions, restrict content access by administrator role, and automatically remove secure messages when tickets are closed or after a defined retention period.
Add Secure Support Messages For WHMCS to your support workflow and give clients and staff a safer, simpler way to exchange confidential data while keeping it protected and under control.
